What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return - no explanation needed. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@coverlis.com with your order number.
Do you provide a return label?
Yes. If your return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described product, we will email you a prepaid return label. For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), you’ll need to cover the return shipping.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item, Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
